This Privacy Policy explains what information Zendikar Technologies ("Zendikar," "we," "us," or "our") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to www.zendikartechnologies.com and to the applications and integrations we operate, including the Lobby Monitor bot distributed through the Cisco Webex App Hub. By using our website or installing our applications, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

When you use our applications within Cisco Webex, we may collect and process the following, only as needed to provide the service:

• Profile information. Your name and email address as provided by Cisco Webex, used to identify users and route notifications.
• Space and room membership. The Webex spaces and rooms our application is added to, and the membership of those spaces, so the bot can post to the correct location and address the correct people.
• Message content. Messages sent to or mentioning our bot, processed so the application can understand commands and respond. We do not read or store messages that are unrelated to the bot's function.
• Website information. Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected through our website for security and basic analytics.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we do not require it to operate our applications.

2. How we use information

We use the information above solely to operate, maintain, and improve our services. Specifically, to:

• Deliver the core function of the application — for Lobby Monitor, posting visitor and check-in notifications into the appropriate Webex space and routing them to the correct host.
• Respond to commands and requests directed at the bot.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and diagnose technical issues.
• Communicate with you about support requests you initiate.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use message content or profile data for advertising or to train unrelated products.

3. Data retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the service. Wherever possible, our applications process data in memory and do not persist it. For Lobby Monitor, visitor and message data is used to deliver the active notification and is not stored beyond what is required to complete that notification. Configuration data (such as which space the bot posts to) is retained until you remove the application. You may request deletion of your data at any time using the contact details below.

4. How we share information

We share information only in limited circumstances:

• Service providers. With infrastructure and hosting providers that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Platform providers. With Cisco Webex, as required for our application to function on that platform, subject to Cisco's own terms and privacy practices.
• Legal requirements. When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the public.

5. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights, or remove our application at any time, by uninstalling the bot from your Webex space or by contacting us. We will respond to verified requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.

7. International users

We operate from the United States, and information we process may be transferred to and handled in the United States or other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

8. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
